Please read the information below regarding shipping and customer support.

We will not be shipping orders during the following period:
December 28th, 2024 (Sat) - January 5th, 2025 (Sun) JST

*Due to warehouse relocation, some items will be shipped during this period.

Additionally, we will not be providing customer support during the following period:
December 28th, 2024 (Sat) - January 6th, 2025 (Mon) JST

While we will still be accepting inquiries during this time, we will be unable to reply until January 7th (Tue).

*We will be unable to respond to address changes during the this period prior to shipment, so please contact the shipping company using the tracking number provided in the shipment notification e-mail.
