Except weekends and national holidays, orders will be shipped within three days of being made. Pre-orders will be shipped within three days of arrival at the warehouse, not including weekends and national holidays.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason attributable to the customer. There is no cooling-off period.
Returns and exchanges
We will pay for defective items or items that are different from your order. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will send you a new product as soon as possible at our expense for both shipping and handling.
How to return or exchange an item
We will accept returns or exchanges only if you contact us by e-mail or inquiry form within 7 business days after receiving the product.
Handling of returned merchandise
- In the event an item cannot be delivered to the customer due to refusal of delivery, long-term absence, or incomplete address, and is returned to us, we will hold the item for 3 months from the time of shipment. In this case, we will grant no cancellations or refunds. The customer will be responsible for all risks associated with the product during the storage period.
- Three months following shipment, the customer is deemed to have relinquished ownership of the item, and it will be disposed of by viviON Blue or some other action will be taken. Please note that in this case, we will not be able to cancel or refund your order.
- Please contact us at info@vivionblue.com within the above period for redelivery procedures. Please note that for shipments within Japan, customers will be charged a flat rate of 1,500 yen for return shipping in addition to the 590 yen fee (880 yen for Okinawa), both of which must be paid in advance. All of the above fees are tax-inclusive.
- For international orders, delivery and return shipping fees for re-delivery will vary depending on area and package size. Please contact us in advance to confirm the cost. Reshipment for overseas orders will be carried out via EMS.
- If an item is returned to us again despite customer contact and redelivery, we will consider the order relinquished by the customer and, upon arrival of the return shipment, dispose of or otherwise deal with the contents.
