Everything for sale on the site is sold with the express permission of the maker or brand. - - Exclusive goods are offered at a fair price.
viviON BLUE offers exclusive and original goods.
Even goods not found elsewhere are sold at a fair price. - - Service for otaku, by otaku.
All operational staff at viviON BLUE are otaku themselves. We handle the kind of merch that true fans can appreciate.
We are working to introduce features and answer requests in a way that will help the site be the best it can be.
About our parent company
viviON BLUE's parent company, viviON, inc., is a subsidiary of smartphone, electronics, gaming, and second-hand goods company Geo Holdings Corporation.
Based in Akihabara, viviON's goal is to make otaku all over the world happy through various otaku-oriented enterprises.
The Process from Order to Delivery
- After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details.
- Once the products are ready, we will start preparing your shipment.
- As soon as the products are shipped, we will send you an e-mail notifying you about the product shipment.
- The delivery company will deliver the items.
To customers who do not receive our emails
We will send an e-mail to your registered e-mail address to confirm your order and to inform you of shipment details.
If you do not receive an e-mail after completing your order, it may be because your account filters certain domains, or you have entered your e-mail address incorrectly.

Payment Timing
Payment is processed immediately upon order completion. The billing date will be based on the terms set by your credit card provider.

Shipping charges
Japan (excluding Okinawa): 590 yen (including tax) Okinawa: 880 yen (including tax)
*Shipping within Japan is free for single orders totaling over 10,000 yen (prior to applying points).
Shipping Times
Normal items: Shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation.
Pre-order items: Ships within 3 business days upon receipt of goods.
Downloadable items: As a rule, a download link will be sent by e-mail immediately after payment is confirmed, and the item can be downloaded from the link.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at the customer's convenience, and there is no cooling off period.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
We offer exchanges for products which are defective or do not match the product ordered. We will bear the shipping costs for returns.
*If we no longer have the same item in stock, we will refund your payment.
Cases in which we cannot accept returns or exchanges
If you contact us more than 8 days after receiving the product
- If you return the product before instructed by our support team
- The product has been used
- The product has been damaged or defaced after receipt by customer
- The product is not returned in the condition in which it was delivered, including packaging and accessories
- There is damage other than to the product itself, such as damage to the box or package.
- The order itself is deemed to be in bad faith, such as in the case of purcashing with the intention to return the item
Cancellation Policy
Please be sure to confirm that the contents and quantity are correct before placing an order. Please note that we cannot change or cancel your order after it has been completed, even if you have contacted us.
In the event that an item is returned due to refusal of delivery, long-term absence, incomplete address, or other reasons
- In the event that an item cannot be delivered due to refusal of delivery, long-term absence, or an incomplete address, and is returned to us, we will hold the item for 3 months from the time of shipment. In this case, no cancellations or refunds will be issued. Furthermore, the customer will be liable for any risks or damage to the product during the storage period.
- Three months following shipment, the customer is deemed to have relinquished ownership of the item, and it will be disposed of by viviON Blue or some other action will be taken. Please note that in this case, we will not be able to cancel or refund your order.
- Please contact us at info@vivionblue.com within the above period for redelivery procedures. Please note that for shipments within Japan, customers will be charged a flat rate of 1,500 yen for return shipping in addition to the 590 yen fee (880 yen for Okinawa), both of which must be paid in advance. All of the above fees are tax-inclusive.
- For international orders, delivery and return shipping fees for re-delivery will vary depending on area and package size. Please contact us in advance to confirm the cost.
Reshipment for overseas orders will be carried out via EMS. - If an item is returned to us again despite customer contact and redelivery, we will consider the order relinquished by the customer and, upon arrival of the return shipment, dispose of or otherwise deal with the contents.
Other
If a customer cancels, is absent for an extended period, or refuses to accept an order, we may refuse to do business with the customer or deny participation in promotions or discounts if we consider the order to be malicious or made in bad faith.
About Points
We have introduced a point system that can be used for purchases on the site. Points are awarded after products are shipped, and can be redeemed at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen on subsequent purchases.
Earning Points
Earn Rate
1% of the total price of the product (including tax), minus coupon discounts and points used, will be awarded as points.
*Earn rates may differ during special offers.
*Points are rounded up to the nearest yen. Example: 1 point will be awarded for purchases between 1 and 100 yen.
Please note that shipping charges are not taken into account when calculating points.
Point Timing
Points will be awarded 20 days after product shipment.
Using Points
Points can be redeemed at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen. To use points,
enter them in the cart screen when placing an order and click the "Use points" button.
Before confirming your order, please make sure points have been applied on the payment screen.
Point Validity Period
Points expire 6 months after your last activity.
If you earn points by placing a new order, etc, the expiration date of your points will be extended by 6 months.
After expiration, all accumulated points will become invalid.
You can check the expiration date on My Page.
Last activity refers to (1) orders that result in the earning of points (2) the acquisition of certain rewards (excluding birthday bonuses).
Orders that result in the earning of points refers to order totals that resulted in a payment of 1 yen or more. If no points are awarded due to payment of the entire order total with points, the order does not constitute an "order that results in the earning of points", and the point validity period will not be extended.
Notes on Points
This feature is currently in the beta testing phase. Therefore, specifications and conditions for awarding and redeeming points are subject to change without notice.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points cannot be used for shipping charges.
- Points may not be used in conjunction with certain coupons or discounts.
- All unused points are forfeited upon withdrawal or account deletion.
- if an order purchased with points is canceled or returned, the points used will be refunded.
- No points will be awarded if an order is canceled before points have been awarded.
- In the case of fraudulent orders or refused deliveries, we may not award points or may cancel points already awarded.
- If an account is deleted or terminated, all accumulated points will also be invalidated.
Point Applicability
Certain products are not eligible for point credit or point redemption.
Please check the product page for "points cannot be applied" and "points cannot be earned" before purchase.
Regarding payments in non-Japanese currency
- When paying in a currency other than Japanese yen, the conversion rate at the time of earning/use will be used.
Example:
Use 500 points -> Exchange rate: 1 point = 1 yen, 500 points are awarded - Amount after points are deducted will be converted to yen at the rate of the Global-E international delivery service.
- The actual point exchange rate may differ due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
