viviON Staff Weighs In: A Collection of Ideas for Displaying Acrylic Stands

Acrylic stands are a staple item for fandom life.
It's also attractive how the atmosphere, appearance, and world view can completely change just by how you display them.

This time, we asked staff members at viviON, which has its headquarters in Akihabara, to "Tell us how you display your acrylic stands!" and many wonderful ideas were gathered!

We will introduce everyone's creative points, as well as the editor's recommended ways to display them.

Friend of the Men in Black

Creative Point
Wrapping artificial flowers around IKEA's "SKÅDIS Letter Holder,"
the arrangement is modified to look like a wedding arch.
Decorating according to the Oshi's world view instantly enhances the sense of specialness!

Placing the SD character Akusuta on top of the monitor in a "gradient arrangement" so that the color order looks beautiful.

Matching the width of the desk and the height of the Akusuta,
DIYing a shelf with 2x4 lumber, 1x4 lumber, and a Diawall system!
Adding height balances the display with the background, creating a more visually appealing space.

DIYing a "dedicated Oshi space" is too professional! Being able to create a size that isn't available in ready-made products is the best!

Takahashi-san

1) "What if there was an Imperial Theatre performance..." Fantasy Display

Combining Toho's Imperial Theatre Akusuta + Imperial Theatre badge,
expressing the "fantasy of having Loid from the musical 'SPY×FAMILY' stand on the Imperial Theatre stage."

2) "Enshrining" the Oinarisan at a Shrine

Shrine display with the B-SIDE LABEL Oinarisan and an Inari Shrine acrylic diorama!
Apparently, this is a regular ritual of "enshrining the Oshi."

3) "Bridging" Arrangement in the Gap of Dual Monitors

In the perfect gap to place the Shonen Ninja Akusuta.
A style that offers healing when it catches the eye during work.

Akusuta can be placed in the "space above the monitor," which is usually difficult to decorate.
A welcome idea for those who prioritize saving space!

Cleverly utilizing the "empty space" on the desk is brilliant!

• Increase unity by laying down background paper/cardboard in your Oshi's color
  
• Create atmosphere with seasonal accessories (cherry blossoms/autumn leaves/shells, etc.)
  

In this internal company survey,
a wide range of ideas were gathered, including "world-building," "color arrangement," "DIY shelving," "narrative," and "aerial display."

While Akusuta are small items, their display method and combination allow you to
create a "favorite character space that is uniquely your own."
