If you would like to request an exchange, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please follow the steps below to collect the product and exchange it for a non-defective product (replacement product).
*Replacement items will only be shipped to addresses within Japan.

Please send the product in question to the return address below via COD.
*Simple packaging is fine.
*If there is no outer bag or accessories, please send only the main product.
*You will need the tracking number or invoice number in the next step, so please be sure to retain the tracking/invoice number when returning the item.

*It may take approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the time the returned product arrives until the non-defective item is shipped.
