[Important] Support Pause Due to Power Outage

We would like to inform you of the following regarding our customer support.
Due to a mandatory inspection of electrical equipment, our building will be without power for the days listed below.
We will begin responding to inquiries submitted after 16 JST on Friday, July 10th in the order they were received starting Monday, July 13th at 10 JST.

Support Pause Period:
- Saturday, July 11th, 2026
- Sunday, July 12, 2026
*We will continue to accept inquiries during this period, but they will not be answered until after the pause period.
*During this period, we will be unable to process address changes. For items that have already been shipped, please contact the carrier using the tracking number given in your shipping notice email.
*Depending on the nature of your inquiry, it may take us some time to respond.
