To ensure that long-term disruption to our customers in the US is kept to a minimum, we are implementing temporary measures for US-bound shipments effective immediately.
Temporary Hold of Existing US Orders
In order to evaluate whether each existing order can be smoothly delivered to the US, we have temporarily paused shipments of pending orders to the US. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience to our customers who are eagerly awaiting their deliveries, and ask for your patience while we evaluate each order.
We will individually contact customers regarding any unshipped orders where the shipping date or other details may need to be changed. Furthermore, if we deem any order unable to be shipped, our customer support team will contact affected customers directly regarding next steps.
Please note that our support team will not be able to provide individual guidance in advance beyond the information provided in this announcement, even if inquiries are received.
Temporary Suspension of Sales to the US
In order to evaluate our current and future product catalog, we have temporarily suspended sales to the US across the website. While some products may become permanently unavailable to the US, we do not intend to completely stop serving our US customers. We kindly ask for your patience while we work on measures to ensure that we can continue offering US customers a smooth shopping experience.
