[Important] viviON ID Mail Server System Maintenance (9/16 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

We will be performing system maintenance on our mail server on the following schedule:

■ Date and Time
September 16, 2026 (Wednesday) 10am - 12pm JST
*Please note that maintenance times may be subject to change. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Work Details
Mail server system maintenance

■ Affected Services/Scope of Impact
Due to mail server maintenance, system emails will not be sent during the above hours.
・New user registration
・Changing registered email address
・Account cancellation
The above functions, which require an email to be sent after configuration, will not be available during maintenance.
Please use them after the maintenance is complete.

・Updating login ID
・Changing password for logged-in users
・Updating date of birth
・Setting/unsetting two-factor authentication
While the above functions can be updated/configured, completion notification emails will not be sent.
If you require a completion notification email, please use these functions after the maintenance is complete.

All other services will be available as usual.
