    - The terms, period, and content of this event may be changed or suspended at viviON Blue's discretion.
  • - Defective prizes are ineligible for exchange.
    - Reselling of prizes on auction sites, on resale apps, or directly to others is strictly prohibited. In the case that such activities are discovered, winning entries may be invalidated and prizes revoked.
    - Customers are responsible for any telecommunications costs associated with participating in the events.
  • - Winners of the point giveaway will be notified via their registered email address.
  • - All personal information regarding this promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • In addition to the above terms, the following terms apply to our X/Twitter giveaway event (Event 2):
  • - Entries are limited to residents of countries outside of Japan and the United States. In order to receive a prize, tentative winners must be able to provide a shipping address outside of Japan or the United States to which DHL can deliver.
  • - The winner will be notified by X/Twitter direct message. If an entrant cannot be contacted by direct message, they will forfeit their chance to win.
    - To qualify to win, entrants must be residing outside of Japan and the United States; repost the giveaway post on X/Twitter; and be following @vivionblue_en at the time of winner selection.
    - If the tentative winner does not respond by direct message or by providing shipping information by the deadline provided in direct message, they will forfeit their chance to win.
    - If for any reason a tentative winner is made to forfeit their chance to win, a new winner will be selected at random. Any prior tentative winners will not be contacted about this reselection.
    - In the event that delivery of a prize is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unclaimed or rejected package, or any other reason outside of viviON Blue and the shipping courier's control, winning entries may be invalidated and prizes revoked.
    - Only the winner will be notified of the shipping date of their prize. Shipment and/or delivery may be delayed in the event of disruptions to delivery, such as traffic conditions or package congestion.
