To receive the promotional coupon, you must be subscribed to our newsletter.

* The coupon code will be sent to your registered email address around late December 2025 (tentative), after the preorder period has ended.
* The coupon code will be sent to the email address registered to the account which made the purchase.
* To ensure you receive our emails, please set your email client to accept messages from @vivionblue.com and @vivion.jp.
Coupon Terms: Single use. Limited to one per person. Valid for purchases of 2,000 JPY or more at viviON Blue. Valid until January 31, 2026 JST.
If you meet the eligibility conditions but have not received your coupon by mid-December 2025, please contact us via our inquiry form by January 20, 2026 JST.

Regarding the X Giveaway

* Winners will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) from our official viviON Blue X account (@vivionblue_en).
* Entry is limited to residents outside of Japan and South Korea.
* No exchanges will be made for defective prizes.
* Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash with a third party. If such an act is discovered, your win may be revoked.
* Participants are responsible for all telecommunication expenses related to their entry in this giveaway.
* Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM). Please make sure your settings allow you to receive DMs from the official viviON Blue X account. If we cannot send you a DM (e.g., due to your privacy settings), you'll unfortunately be disqualified.
* Unfollowing the account during the lottery period will result in disqualification.
* If we cannot deliver your prize due to reasons such as prolonged absence, an unknown delivery address, or an unclear forwarding address, your win may be invalidated.
* Failure to respond by the deadline after being contacted will result in the cancellation of your prize.
* In the event of a prize cancellation, a re-drawing will be conducted among entrants who meet the eligibility criteria at that time. Please be advised that no separate announcement will be made for this re-drawing.
* Prizes cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or returned.
* Prizes are expected to ship around March or April 2026. Please understand that delivery times may vary due to transportation issues. The provided delivery date is an estimate from the manufacturer, and the actual release could be delayed, significantly postponed, or even canceled.
