How to get your coupon

Any orders placed during the event period are automatically eligible for a holiday coupon as long as payment has been completed during the event period. You will not need to do anything else, just kick your feet up and wait!

Please note that you will not receive any confirmation of the coupon you have earned until the coupon is distributed on December 25th (JST).

  ・ All orders will qualify for a holiday coupon, except for orders which exclusively contain:
  - Digital codes/products
  - Aogiri High School, Clock over ORQUESTA, or other "viviON Brands" products
  If you purchase a mixture of the above products in the same order as other products such as figures or model kits, you will still qualify for a holiday coupon.
  ・ The holiday coupon can be applied to all products on viviON Blue except the same exclusions listed above.
  ・ Detailed conditions of use will be provided when coupons are distributed.
  ・ The holiday coupon will be valid until January 31, 2025 (JST).
  ・ The holiday coupon will be sent to the email address used when completing the eligible order in your account. Please whitelist "@vivionblue.com" email addresses in your email account to ensure you can receive email from us.
  ・ Holiday coupons will be limited to 1 per customer during the event period, even if 1 customer makes multiple qualifying orders.
