Bringing joy to otaku everywhere
viviON Blue is a viviON, Inc. brand that specializes in the sale of otaku-centric collectibles and physical media, from action figures, to model kits, keychains of your oshi, and even original CDs. Our shop launched in January 2024, and is operated out of the viviON head office in Akihabara, Japan!

The viviON Blue brand stands beside a star-studded lineup of viviON Group brands & services - comipo manga service, Genseki creator support platform, and koeto social media service, to name a few - and viviON's very own IPs - including the Aogiri High School VTuber group, Clock over ORQUESTA character song project, and Sin of OZ mobile puzzle game.

Where do you ship from?

All of our products are shipped from our warehouses in Japan.

Are your products genuine?

We only partner with official distributors & directly with manufacturers to ensure that everything we sell is official, licensed, & genuine! In addition, we also sometimes produce our own products, but always in an official capacity, in cooperation with IP holders.

What payment methods do you take?

We offer a variety of international payment methods that will automatically display in the checkout when you select your shipping country. We have a payment option for everyone!

What shipping service do you use?

Currently, we ship internationally through DHL, which typically takes 3-5 days to arrive. And we are proud to offer competitive shipping rates, too!

Yes! You can also change the display currency across the site by using the selector at the bottom of any page. We offer a wide variety of currencies to suit customers in most countries!

How do you handle taxes & tariffs?

In order to ensure a smooth delivery, we collect any taxes and tariffs during checkout, so there will be no surprises when your order arrives. Depending on your shipping country and payment currency, taxes may be included in the displayed product price, or shown separately in checkout. You may also be given the option of when to pay any applicable taxes (depending also on your shipping country).
